LEVEL 1: Big Day + A Little More
$2,400 (32 hours max)
The couple plans the wedding themselves, 8 weeks prior to the wedding date, 2 meetings to review notes and learn the couple’s wishes and personalities. Valley & Oak will help finalize details & timelines, confirm vendors, provide guidance through rehearsal and oversee all day-of activities. Present til last song & clean-up!
LEVEL 2: Big Day + A LOT More
$3,300 (55 hours maximum)
Valley & Oak works in partnership with the couple to assist in securing up to 5 vendors, creating a timeline and ensuring Big Day is flawless. Aka- Level 1 + a LOT more help!
LEVEL 3: Whole Sha-Bang
$4,800 (base price)
Valley & Oak handles all the details from working on design, securing a venue, all vendors & rentals and also handles complete execution of the event. Acting as liaison between all vendors and the couple. Couple has ultimate final decision, V&O handles the leg work.
